本文研究了二次固溶处理对4Cr14Ni14W2Mo钢组织和性能的影响。指出,二次固溶处理导致M_(22)C_6型碳化物于晶界和晶内以较粗大的颗粒大量析出,不但损害了冲击韧性,还减弱了时效硬化倾向,使其高温强度明显下降。
This paper studies the secondary solution treatment of 4Cr14Ni14W2Mo steel microstructure and properties. It is pointed out that secondary solution treatment causes large amount of precipitated M 22 C 6 carbides in the grain boundaries and coarse grains, which not only impair the impact toughness but also weaken the tendency of age hardening and decrease the high temperature strength remarkably.
