20例再生障碍性贫血(再障)患者中男12例,女8例。年龄15-64岁,其中16例为重症再障。用甲基强的松龙1g/天,3天后改用强的松龙隔日60mg共3个月。新近诊断的15例同时给甲基睾丸素 75mg/日。疗效在3个月后评定。7例显效,占35%(5例为重症再障)。其中5例在治疗3个月后Hb和白细胞达到正常水平,仅血小板不正常。2例死亡,11例无效。均未发现严重并发症。随访9-19个月,6例造血参数稳定。体外试验设计:试验1:分别采取治疗前患者血和骨髓的单个核细胞,用特异性单克隆抗体以补体介导细胞溶解法去掉各种亚类细胞后,作干细胞培养;试验2:采集治疗一个月后的血对其进行干细胞
