采用单盲法对34例高血压病患者应用尼群地平进行6～8个月研究。治疗后结果:(1)平均动脉压和左室重量指数明显下降。(2)血清总胆固醇、甘油三酯无明显变化,高密度脂蛋白明显上升。(3)血清丙二醛明显下降,红细胞内超氧化物歧化物酶活性明显增加。(4)血糖和尿酸变化不大。提示:尼群地平是治疗高血压病和其心脑血管并发症较为理想的药物。
A single-blind study of 34 hypertensive patients with nitrendipine for 6 to 8 months. Results after treatment: (1) Mean arterial pressure and left ventricular mass index decreased significantly. (2) serum total cholesterol, triglycerides no significant change, high density lipoprotein increased significantly. (3) serum malondialdehyde decreased significantly, erythrocyte superoxide dismutase activity increased significantly. (4) little change in blood sugar and uric acid. Tip: nitrendipine is the ideal treatment for hypertension and cardiovascular and cerebrovascular complications.
