本文简要介绍了我国生产的独立回转凿岩机系列产品之一——YGZ70型独立回转凿岩机的用途,使用范围、结构特点及主要技术规格。扼要地论述YGZ70型独立回转凿岩机冲击部分采用无阀配气结构的优点,活塞在缸体内运动的三个阶段的工作原理;启动阀的作用、结构和工作原理;用数理统计法进行调试,确定最优参数组合;用三种电测方法测定冲击功、频率和行程。最后叙述了YGZ70型独立回转凿岩机在矿山的试验实例。实践表明YGZ70型独立回转凿岩机具有凿岩效率高、工作可靠、结构紧凑、零件寿命长、易损件少、使用维修方便等优点。
This article briefly introduces the use, scope of application, structural features and main technical specifications of the YGZ70 independent rotary rock drill which is one of the independent rotary rock drills manufactured in our country. Briefly elaborated YGZ70 independent rotary rock drill impact part of the advantages of valve-free gas distribution structure, the piston in the cylinder movement of the three stages of the working principle; start the role of the valve structure and working principle; using mathematical statistics for debugging, Determine the optimal combination of parameters; use three kinds of electrical measuring method to measure impact energy, frequency and stroke. Finally, the experimental example of YGZ70 independent rotary rock drill in mine is described. Practice shows that YGZ70 independent rotary rock drill with drilling efficiency, reliable, compact structure, long life parts, wearing parts less, easy to use and maintenance.
