随着中共中央不断深入开展党风廉政建设和反腐败斗争,高校的纪检监察部门也越来越受到重视。在高校学术腐败及经济腐败案件层出不穷的情况下,纪检监察部门的职能发挥也同高校的发展紧密的联系在一起。如何将纪检监察部门的监督职能与执纪职能充分发挥是目前高校纪检部门工作的重点。本文从高校纪检监察工作的主要特点及工作要求出发,分析了目前高校纪检监察部门的工作难题,并给出了可行性对策。
As the CPC Central Committee continues to carry out the style of building a clean government and the fight against corruption, the discipline inspection and supervision departments in colleges and universities have also drawn increasing attention. Under the condition of the university academic corruption and economic corruption emerge in an endless stream, the functions of discipline inspection and supervision departments are also closely linked with the development of colleges and universities. How to give full play to the supervisory function of discipline inspection and supervision departments and the functions of de-commissioning is the focus of the discipline inspection departments in colleges and universities. Based on the main features and work requirements of discipline inspection and supervision in colleges and universities, this paper analyzes the current work problems of discipline inspection and supervision departments in colleges and universities and gives the feasible countermeasures.
