取代苯甲酸类杂环偶氮染料是一类新型显色剂。这类试剂在钴、镍等的测定中具有灵敏度高、选择性好的特点,但其与铜的显色反应尚未得到重视。本文介绍新合成的2-(2-噻唑偶氮)-5-二乙氨基苯甲酸(简称 TAEB)在水溶液中的性质及其与铜形成配合物的条件和性质,并拟定了铝合金中微量铜的测定方法。1 实验部分1.1 仪器与试剂岛津 UV-3000型紫外-可见分光光度计;pHS-2型酸度计。0.02%TAEB 乙醇溶液;5.0μg/mL 铜标准溶液;pH0.5~3.5的1.0mol/L氯乙酸-氯乙酸钠缓冲液。
Substituted benzoic acid heterocyclic azo dyes are a new type of color developer. Such reagents in the determination of cobalt, nickel and other high sensitivity, good selectivity, but its color reaction with copper has not been given attention.
