在筛选免疫抑制剂的过程中,从我国江苏省无锡土壤中分离到一株菌,菌号为SIPI-289。该菌株气丝形成非轮生的孢子链,基内菌丝体不断裂。按形态、培养、生理生化等特征及细胞壁化学组分,磷酸类酯,醌的类型,该菌株属于张国伟的类链霉菌属[1](Streptomycoides),细胞壁水解物中含有meso-DAP,Gly,即胞壁Ⅱ型。全细胞水解物中只含半乳糖,磷酸类酯PIV型,优势醌为MK9(H4)。但该菌株又和该属的青黄类链霉菌(Streptomycoidesglaucoflavus)有很大不同,认为是该属的一新种,定名为无锡类链霉菌(Streptomycoideswuxiensissp.nov.)。
In the process of screening immunosuppressants, a strain of bacteria was isolated from soil in Wuxi, Jiangsu Province, China. The strain number was SIPI-289. This strain of gas-forming non-sporogenous spore chain, the base mycelium is not broken. The strain belongs to the class of Streptomycoides by Zhang Guowei [1], and the cell wall hydrolyzate contains meso-DAP, Gly, Cell wall type II. Whole cell hydrolysates contain only galactose, phosphate ester PIV type, the dominant quinone MK9 (H4). However, this strain is very different from the genus Streptomycoides glaucoflavus and is considered to be a new species of the genus named Streptomycoides wuxiensissp. Nov.
