选举法于1953年制定,1979年重新修订,到2010年先后经过五次修改,它是一部保障公民依法行使选举权和被选举权,依法产生各级人大代表的重要法律。世界上任何一部法律都不可能尽善尽美,随着时间推移和实践检验,都会有需要完善的地方。我曾两次担任佛山市禅城区人大换届选举办副主任兼选举组长,亲身参与了农村基层的选举活动,对选举法的实施有粗浅的认识,现就选举法实施问题谈几点看法。
