作者报告1例经反复血管造影(3次)检查发现的椎动脉夹层动脉瘤破裂的病例。 患者,女性,59岁,因轻微头痛入院,初诊为右额叶胶质瘤。入院时神经病学检查未见异常,MRI显示右额叶异常T_1术前脑血管造影右额叶无异常发现,T_1加权像为低信号,T_2加权像为高信号。无对比增强。CT显示同一区域低密度肿块影,经右额开颅全切肿瘤,术中曾出现自发性脑肿胀,但无生命体征的
The authors report 1 case of ruptured vertebral artery dissecting aneurysms detected by repeated angiography (3 times). Patient, female, 59 years old, admitted to hospital with mild headache, first visit for right frontal glioma. There were no abnormal neurological examinations on admission. MRI showed abnormal right frontal lobe of right frontal lobe preoperative T_1 without abnormalities of the right frontal lobe. T 1 weighted images were low and T 2 weighted images were high. No contrast enhancement. CT showed the same area of low-density mass shadow, the right forehead craniotomy total resection of the tumor, had intraoperative spontaneous brain swelling, but no vital signs
