目的分析磷酸奥司他韦对小儿季节性感冒的治疗效果及安全性评价。方法 60例季节性感冒患儿作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和实验组,各30例。对照组患儿采用口服利巴韦林进行常规药物治疗;实验组患儿则在对照组的基础治疗方案上,联合使用磷酸奥司他韦治疗。比较分析两组患儿的临床效果及使用药物后的安全性。结果治疗结束后,实验组患儿的咳嗽、咽喉肿痛、四肢乏力、扁桃体肿大、鼻塞流涕评分分别为(2.73±0.18)、(3.20±0.24)、(3.26±0.23)、(2.54±0.23)、(1.95±0.18)分,优于对照组的(1.17±0.16)、(1.46±0.19)、(1.74±0.24)、(1.07±0.17)、(0.94±0.20)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组患儿发生高热惊厥2例,肺炎1例;实验组患儿发生高热惊厥1例,实验组的高热惊厥发生率、肺炎发生率低于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。且两组患儿在治疗过程中,均没有产生明显的不良反应现象。结论临床对小儿季节性感冒的治疗过程中,给予患儿磷酸奥司他韦的临床疗效显著,起效快,而且能减少并发症(高热惊厥、肺炎)的发生,并且不良反应发生率低,值得推广使用。
Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect and safety evaluation of oseltamivir phosphate on pediatric seasonal influenza. Methods Sixty children with seasonal cold were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, with 30 cases in each. Control children with oral ribavirin for conventional drug treatment; experimental group of children in the control group on the basis of treatment options, combined use of oseltamivir phosphate treatment. There were 2 cases of febrile seizures and 1 case of pneumonia in the control group. One case of febrile seizures occurred in the experimental group. The incidence of febrile seizures and the incidence of pneumonia in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group, but the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05 ). And two groups of children in the course of treatment, did not produce significant adverse reactions. Conclusion Clinical treatment of children with seasonal influenza in children with clinical efficacy of oseltamivir phosphate significant, rapid onset, and can reduce the incidence of complications (febrile seizures, pneumonia), and the incidence of adverse reactions is low, Worth to promote use.
