一、概述网络分析是在图论和网络理论的基础上形成的。图论的方法可以用来解决工程技术和管理工作中的许多问题。在管理工作中,除了应用网络分析方法判定决策外,还可应用网络方法编制计划。我们把绘制网络图的规则及其计算相关参数的方法称为网络方法。把以网络图表示的,用网络方法编制的计划称为网络计划。
I. Overview Network analysis is formed on the basis of graph theory and network theory. The graph theory approach can be used to solve many problems in engineering technology and management work. In the management work, in addition to applying network analysis methods to determine decisions, network methods can also be used to compile plans. We call the rules for drawing network diagrams and their methods for calculating related parameters as network methods. The plan, which is represented by a network diagram and compiled using a network method, is called a network plan.
