蜜丸在生产、贮运、销售过程中被细菌、霉菌污染,是造成蜜丸卫生检查合格率低的重要因素。蜜九被细菌,霉菌污染主要有以下几个途径。 1.原材料带入。制备蜜丸的药材常带有细菌、霉菌。如生产过程中对药材处理不当,使蜜丸的含菌量超过标准或接近限度的边缘,致使蜜丸出厂后,细菌、霉菌繁殖出现了含量超过标准的现象。
