2013年6月25日,北京市政府召开专题会议,研究地方志工作。市地方志办公室主任王铁鹏向会议汇报了全市地方志工作的基本情况,提出编委会进行调整,成立第七届编委会;进一步明确承编单位的修志机构和人员;加强区县修志力量、重视基层修志等建议。市地方志编委会常务副主任、《北京志》主编段柄仁在讲话中指出,地方志工作是文化的基础建设,社会效益大于经济效益。如果不重视,就会流于形式,出现问题。地方志工作的关键在主编。希望有修志任务
