“蛮腰”的不速之客电脑和汽车的出现和使用,是女人腰部的两大“甜蜜”杀手,因为它们会使伏身的时间不断延长。对于女人来说,易患腰痛病的主要原因,就是身体经常处于前屈状态。洗衣服、吃饭、久坐不动、搬重物、家务劳动、伏案工作、伏身开车等等都是骚扰腰部健康的不速之客。有一个惊人的数字,对正常工作的人来说,腰椎每天前屈次数高达3000~5000次,但后伸的动作却很少。总是重复这样的动作,腰椎间盘受力不平衡,腰椎后方韧带过度牵伸,就会引起腰痛。
