一、引言2010年10月颁布的《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要》,针对高等教育,提出要适应国家经济社会对外开放的要求,培养大批具有国际视野、通晓国际规则、能够参与国际事务和国际竞争的国际化人才。尽管对于国际化人才有不同的界定标准,但是,过硬的专业能力和较强的外语能力是最为基本的考核要素。因此,如何提升大学生的外语能力,并将外语能力与专业能力有机融合,是高校英语教学面临的一个新挑战。
I. INTRODUCTION The “Outline of the National Medium and Long-Term Education Reform and Development Plan” promulgated in October 2010 aims at higher education and proposes to meet the requirements of the country’s opening to the outside world in economy and society and to cultivate a large number of people with international perspectives, international rules, and participation in international affairs And international competition of international talent. Although different standards for the definition of international talent, however, excellent professional ability and strong foreign language ability is the most basic elements of assessment. Therefore, how to improve college students’ foreign language ability and how to integrate foreign language ability and professional competence is a new challenge for college English teaching.
