绪言在印刷制版过程中,目前仍有用以银盐和铬酸盐作为感光材料,前者要消耗大量贵金属银而后者在生产过程中排放的六价铬严重的污染环境,研究非银而不造成环境污染的感光材料势在必行。经研究发现有些过渡金属元素具有感光性,如Cu~(2+)、Fe~(3+)、Cr~(3+)、Co~(3+)等。显影方法有化学显影法和物理显影法。白井等发现聚乙烯醇(PVA)氯化铜(Ⅱ)对紫外线具有感光性,用紫外线照射PVA—CuCl_2膜经热分解处理后可以成像。
