水泥土管作地下输水管道,内部承受水压力,上部承受活载及土压力等。为保证水泥土管的安全使用,进行了内水压力与过载试验。水泥土管的抗弯强度与其材料本身的抗压强度一样,在土料基本相同的情况下,与水泥掺量、干容重有关。当水泥掺量5~17%,干容重1.68~1.95吨/米~3时,管子抗弯强度为材料抗压强度的0.44倍(图1)。这给管子加工制造提供了重要依据。
