陕西机械学院水科所、江西柘林水电厂、长江水利水电科学研究院,江西省水利规划设计院、江西省水电工程局等五个单位合作完成的《柘林水电站消能掺气墩原型观测报告》成果,于1985年10月11日通过了鉴定。鉴定会由陕西省高教局主持,参加会议的有十四个单位廿一位代表。 参加鉴定会的专家、教授们一致认为:陕西机械学院提出的消能掺气墩方案与掺气坎联合作用,其掺气减蚀、掺气消能效果均较显著,这一措施构思新颖,结构简单合理,造价低廉,为我国首创。
Shaanxi Institute of Hydraulic Institute, Jiangxi Gao Lin Hydropower Plant, Yangtze River Water Resources and Hydropower Research Institute, Jiangxi Province Water Conservancy Planning and Design Institute, Jiangxi Provincial Hydropower Engineering Bureau and other five units to complete the cooperation of the “Gao Lin energy-saving aeration piers prototype observation Report ”on October 11, 1985 passed the appraisal. The appraisal will be presided over by the Shaanxi Provincial Department of Higher Education and Elevators, with 21 representatives from 14 units participating in the conference. The experts and professors who participated in the appraisal meeting agreed that the combination of energy dissipation and aeration pier proposed by Shaanxi Institute of Machinery and aeration can significantly effect aeration and erosion reduction and aeration and energy dissipation. This measure is innovative in concept, Simple and reasonable structure, low cost, pioneered in China.
