针对目前我国体育科技存在着的问题,如:缺乏明确目标与长远规划;科技力量布局分散、低水平重复现象严重;投入不足与效益不高并存;重大应用基础研究滞后;一流科技人员匮乏等,建议从宏观上采取措施,解决以下几个问题。 1.确立体育科技进步的目标与长期规划加快体育科技事业发展,必须具有明确目标与长期规划,又要有连续性的切实有力的措施,在总体上克服急功近利和短期行为倾向。科学技术工作是具有前瞻性的工作,前科技部部长朱丽兰同志说:“经济是今天,科学是明天,教育是后天。因此,为了今天的经济,科技在昨天就要部署,教育在前天就要安排。”解决科
