为了研究正火温度变化对含钼焊缝组织及性能的影响,利用J707Ni和J607Ni焊条对Q345钢板进行接焊,并分别进行900、980、1050℃的正火处理,研究了正火温度对其焊缝显微组织和冲击韧性影响。结果表明:采用J707Ni、J607Ni焊条焊接,经正火后焊缝金属主要为铁素体与珠光体;由于Mo能抑制珠光体转变,正火后J707Ni焊缝中的铁素体含量大于J607Ni;Mo可以通过细化晶粒来提高焊接接头的韧性,J707Ni的接头韧性优于J607Ni。
In order to study the effect of normalizing temperature on the microstructure and properties of molybdenum-containing weld, the Q345 steel plates were welded with J707Ni and J607Ni welding electrodes and normalized at 900, 980 and 1050 ℃ respectively.
