传动反向间隙的存在会影响到机床的定位精度和重复定位精度,从而造成零件的加工误差,需要定期对机床各坐标轴的反向偏差进行测定和补偿。本文主要阐述经济型数控机床的传动反向间隙的测量和补偿。随着机械制造技术的不断发展,由于数控技术的优越性,数控机床的普及率逐年上升。数控技术特别适用于加工精度高、几何形状复杂、尺寸繁多、改型频繁的中小批量的机械零件生产。就我国目前制造业的技术水平及经济发展状况而论,经济型数控机床是比较适合我国企业及相关行业使用的,因此当前此类机床的占有率较高。
The existence of reverse transmission gap will affect the machine positioning accuracy and repeat positioning accuracy, resulting in parts machining error, the need for regular measurement of the machine tool axis deviation and compensation. This paper mainly describes the measurement and compensation of the drive backlash of economical CNC machine tools. With the continuous development of mechanical manufacturing technology, due to the superiority of numerical control technology, the popularization rate of numerical control machine tools has been increasing year by year. CNC technology is particularly suitable for processing high precision, complex geometry, size, modification of small and medium-sized batch of mechanical parts production. In terms of the current technological level of manufacturing industry and economic development in our country, economic CNC machine tools are more suitable for the use of our country’s enterprises and related industries. Therefore, the current share of such machine tools is high.
