目的了解空气消毒净化机杀菌作用和对室内空气的消毒效果。方法采用定量杀菌试验和现场消毒试验方法进行了实验观察。结果在常温常湿条件下,启动空气消毒净化机消毒作用90 min,对20 m3密闭气雾室内空气中白色葡萄球菌的杀灭率为99.95%。在低于常温(10~14℃)常湿(45~55%)条件下,启动该消毒净化机消毒作用1.5~3.5 h,对60 m3密闭房间空气中自然菌的消亡率为99.12%。该净化机内装20 W紫外线灯辐射强度无机外泄漏现象。结论空气消毒净化机具有较强的杀菌作用,对室内空气中人工污染菌和自然菌的杀灭效果均可达到消毒合格要求。
Objective To understand the bactericidal effect of air disinfection and purifying machines and the disinfection effect on indoor air. Methods Quantitative bactericidal test and field disinfection test methods were observed. Results Under the conditions of normal temperature and normal humidity, the sterilizing effect of air disinfection and purifying machine was activated for 90 min, and the killing rate of Staphylococcus aureus in indoor air of 20 m3 enclosed aerosol was 99.95%. Under the condition of normal humidity (45 ℃ ~ 55%) below normal temperature (10 ~ 14 ℃), the disinfection of the disinfection and purifier was started for 1.5 ~ 3.5 h and the death rate of natural bacteria in the air of 60 m3 closed room was 99.12%. The purifier built-in 20 W UV lamp radiation intensity inorganic leakage phenomenon. Conclusion air disinfection purifier has a strong bactericidal effect on the indoor air of artificial pollution bacteria and natural bacteria kill effect can meet the disinfection requirements.
