目的研究冰片促进三氧化二砷(As2O3)透过血脑屏障的作用。方法用冰片对雄性Wistar大鼠灌胃给药后,经股动脉注射亚砷酸,用原子吸收光谱仪测定脑和血清中砷浓度。结果冰片对As2O3透过血脑屏障(BBB)具有一定的促进作用。结论冰片是一种有应用前景的、能有效促进药物透过BBB的辅助剂,这将为某些中枢神经系统疾病的治疗提供新方法。
Objective To study the effect of borneol on the penetration of arsenic trioxide through the blood-brain barrier. Methods The male Wistar rats were intragastrically administered with borneol, arsenic trioxide was injected via the femoral artery, and the concentration of arsenic in brain and serum was determined by atomic absorption spectrometry. Results Borneol could promote the penetration of As2O3 through the blood-brain barrier (BBB). Conclusion Borneol is a potential adjuvant that can effectively promote drug penetration through the BBB. This will provide a new method for the treatment of some central nervous system diseases.
