本文对接触激光工作人员353名(男233,女120)及对照组50名进行了调查。调查项目包括劳动卫生条件和健康检查。使用激光器种类主要为钕玻璃、氦氖和红宝石激光器。调查结果发现激光除能引起眼损伤外,部分人当中尚有神经、心血管系统功能性紊乱,血中网织红细胞、血脂(胆固醇、β-脂蛋白)增高,胆碱酯酶活性也明显高于对照组。此结果与苏联学者资料相一致。认为激光辐射可致人体局部眼损伤及全身性功能改变。
In this paper, 353 contact laser workers (male 233, female 120) and control group 50 were investigated. Survey items include labor hygiene conditions and health checks. The main types of lasers used are neodymium glass, helium-neon and ruby lasers. The survey found that in addition to the laser can cause eye damage, some people are still nervous, cardiovascular disorders, blood reticulocyte, blood lipids (cholesterol, β-lipoprotein) increased, cholinesterase activity was significantly higher In the control group. This result is consistent with the Soviet scholars. That laser radiation can cause local eye injury and systemic changes in function.
