康乐霜系中药紫草等提取物配伍的复方制剂,为水色油型乳剂基质的紫红色乳膏。治疗扁平疣、单纯疱疹和口腔溃疡等均有显著疗效。本文报道康乐霜中紫草萘醌总色素的测定。一、鉴别试验取本乳膏约1.0g,加乙醇15ml,置沸水浴中使溶解。移置冰箱中冷冻约1.5br,迅速吸引过滤。滤液呈紫红色。加NaOH试液显蓝色;加HCl_(?)(稀)复显紫红色。二、紫草萘醌总色素的含量测定1.样品:紫草素(Shikonin)对照品,作者从新疆紫草中分离,熔点144℃(未校正),含C_(16)H_(16)O_(?)99.0%以上(中国医学科学院药物研究所鉴定)。2.对照品溶液的制备:精密称取在60℃干燥
The recreational cream is a combination of traditional Chinese medicine, comfrey, and other extracts. It is a magenta cream with a water-based emulsion base. Treatment of flat warts, herpes simplex and oral ulcers have a significant effect. This article reports on the determination of total pigments of Lithospermum erythropolis in recreational creams. First, the identification test to take the cream about 1.0g, add ethanol 15ml, placed in a boiling water bath to dissolve. Displaced in the freezer about 1.5br, quickly attract the filter.
