September 12, 2013 The Chinese Committee for Preventive Medicine on Birth Defects Prevention and Control organized the 2nd China Birth Defects Prevention and Control Forum in Beijing. Zhang Shikun, director of the Department of Women and Children of the State Commission of Health and Family Planning, Naxin, deputy director of the Chinese Disabled Persons’ Federation, and director Liu Xia of the academic department of the Chinese Preventive Medicine Association attended the meeting and made speeches.
