作为我国医学教育的重要组成部分,卫生高职院校发挥着不可替代的作用。医学生是未来医务人员的接班人,在校期间开设职业道德教育课程,培养学生的职业素养,对其能够担负医务工作岗位有着重要的意义。然而,由于科技至善主义和社会主义市场经济的利益化驱动,现代医学的职业道德教育呈现了明显的弱化趋势,如何针对学生开展有效的职业道德教育,探求一个较为完善的职业道德教育模式,培养学生树立科学的医学观念以及职业道德体系,是卫生高职院校亟待解决的问题。本文从高校职业道德教育缺失的原因入手,努力探究卫生高职院校职业道德课程导向教育的模式,提出了“五位一体化”的导向教学和考评模式,以期能够对高职院校职业道德教育的改革提供一定的实践意义。
As an important part of medical education in our country, health vocational colleges play an irreplaceable role. Medical students are the successors of medical staff in the future. During the school, they set up the courses of professional ethics education to cultivate students’ professional accomplishments, which are of great significance to medical positions. However, because of the perfection of science and technology and the profit-oriented of the socialist market economy, the professional ethics education of modern medicine shows a clear trend of weakening. How to carry out effective vocational ethics education for students and explore a more perfect mode of professional ethics education, Training students to establish a scientific concept of medical and professional ethics, health vocational colleges urgent problems to be solved. This article starts from the reasons of the lack of professional ethics education in colleges and universities and tries hard to explore the pattern of moral education oriented by vocational ethics in higher vocational colleges and puts forward the guiding teaching and evaluation model of “five in-one” The reform of professional ethics education provides some practical significance.
