在我国,优质冷轧薄板一直是钢铁工业的短缺产品,虽然国内现有年产六、七百万吨以上的冷轧薄板生产能力,但我国轿车用板仍需大量进口,其中一个重要原因是我国绝大多数冷轧厂缺乏先进有效的轧辊表面毛化处理手段。因此,推广激光毛化冷轧辊技术,对促进我国冷轧薄板升级换代、提高产品质量具有十分重要的意义。1 激光毛化板的应用在国内市场;汽车工业是优质冷轧薄板的最大用户,汽车板不仅对材质要求高,而且对影响深冲性和涂镀性的薄板表面质量有严格要求。1994年仅一汽、二汽、上海大众、天津夏利、北京吉普等10多家主要汽车厂生产的110万辆汽车,就进口优质喷丸毛化薄板100多万t,共花外汇6亿多
