目的探讨18G取卵针在IVF-ET取卵术中的应用。方法回顾性分析河南省人民医院在2009年9月至2013年12月应用口径为16G、17G、18G取卵针的患者各200例,分为A组、B组和C组。对比3组间取卵持续的时间、获卵数、出血情况进行评估。结果 3组获卵数无显著差异(P>0.05),C组与A组比较,取卵时间延长,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),C组出血量少,比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论 18G取卵针在IVF-ET取卵过程中,手术出血量较少,不影响获卵率,是较为合适选择。
Objective To investigate the application of 18G needle in oocyte retrieval in IVF-ET. Methods A retrospective analysis of Henan Province People’s Hospital in September 2009 to December 2013 application of caliber 16G, 17G, 18G needle injection in 200 cases, divided into A group, B group and C group. The duration of oocyte retrieval, the number of oocytes retrieved and the bleeding were compared between the three groups. Results There was no significant difference in the number of oocytes in the three groups (P> 0.05). The ovulation time of group C was significantly longer than that of group A (P> 0.05) P <0.05). Conclusion 18G ovulation needle IVF-ET in the process of ovulation, less bleeding surgery, does not affect the rate of egg, is a more appropriate choice.
