锅炉尾部受热面( 对省煤器来说,主要是管壳式换热器) 的积灰,严重地影响其换热效果,降低锅炉效率。为有效地进行其监测和预防,我们进行了锅炉省煤器积灰的模化实验研究,并进行了积灰热阻计算和正交实验结果分析。通过分析可知,该积灰热阻的计算方法具有一定的合理性和可靠性。为锅炉省煤器及工业管壳式换热器等的积灰在线监测提供了一定的理论指导作用。图10 表3 参6
The fouling of the heated surface at the tail of the boiler (mainly the shell and tube heat exchanger for the economizer) seriously affects the heat exchange effect and the boiler efficiency. In order to effectively monitor and prevent it, we carried out a model experimental study on boiler economizer fouling, and calculated the fouling resistance and orthogonal experimental results. The analysis shows that the method of calculating the thermal resistance of fouling has a certain rationality and reliability. It provides some theoretical guidance for the on-line monitoring of fouling of boiler economizer and industrial shell and tube heat exchanger. Figure 10 Table 3 参 6
