本试验以30份华北型三叶一心期黄瓜为试验材料,昼/夜温度为12℃/6℃、光照强度7000 lx、处理8 d,低温胁迫处理结果表明:根据冷害指数、电导率、自由水/束缚水值进行聚类分析,筛选出了冷敏感材料有3、9、11、16、17、18、19、20、22、23、25、26、27;弱耐冷型材料有1、2、4、5、6、8、10、12、13、15、17;强耐冷型材料有14、21、24、28、29、30。对于冷害指数、电导率、自由水、自由水/束缚水值表现为冷敏感型材料>弱耐冷型>强耐冷型;对于束缚水表现为冷敏感型材料<弱耐冷型<强耐冷型。
In this experiment, 30 North China clover and one-stage cucumber were used as experimental material.
