The “Gas Purification and Separation Academic Exchange Conference” co-convened by China Institute of Refrigeration and Shanghai Institute of Refrigeration was held in Xitang Hotel, Qianzhou, Wuxi, Jiangsu Province on December 5-9, 1990. It was attended by Chemical Industry Department, China Electromechanical Commission, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Fifty-four representatives from 30 research institutes, factories and tertiary institutions affiliated to the Education Commission, the Petrochemical Corporation, the Aerospace Department and the State Patent Bureau attended the meeting. The leading group of the conference is led by the first professional committee of China Refrigeration Institute and the relevant leaders and experts of Shanghai Institute of Refrigeration
