本文应用同种(或异种)脱矿骨粉(DBP)移植并从临床、X 线及组织学上进行了新骨形成的研究。对29只大白鼠,46只家兔作了颅骨、腓骨缺损及腹壁的植入以及对19例牙周骨缺损,13例颌骨根端囊肿与13例拔牙窝的 DBP 植入,观察2~12个月。DBP 为经0.5NHCl 的脱矿骨。结果证实了0.5NHCl 脱矿骨作为移植材料具有骨形成的活性,能诱导新生骨。本文进一步从 DBP 中提取骨形态蛋白质(BMP)作了同样研究,也初步证实能刺激间质细胞诱导为骨形成细胞。
In this paper, the same (or different) demineralized bone powder (DBP) transplantation and clinical, X-ray and histological new bone formation.
