异体冻干皮片(freeze d r i ed allogen i(?)skin grafts简称FDSG)应用于口腔已为不少学者研究,Yukna报告FDSG在治疗龈粘膜缺损的患者,可以与新鲜自体粘膜植入媲美。但是未见使用FDSG于前庭成形来保持前庭沟深度的报告。本研究的目的是在动物身上评价FDSG维持前庭沟深度的能力。本研究共用6只成年狗进行实验。首先在气管内插管全麻下拔牙,保留两侧切牙和后磨牙,维持术后正常咬(牙合)关系,拔牙后作齿槽骨修整。拔牙和齿槽骨修整三月后,全麻下检查伤口已愈,制作下颌丙烯酸酯固定模。拔牙和齿槽骨修整后16周,全麻下作前庭成形术,按随机选择在5只动物身上一侧用冻干异体断层皮,0.012~0.015时厚移植,另一侧用自体新鲜断层皮,厚0.012~0.015时移
The application of freeze-dried skin grafts (FDSG) to the oral cavity has been studied by many researchers. Yukna reports that FDSG is comparable to fresh autologous mucosal implants in patients with gingival-mucosal defects. However, there is no report of the use of FDSG in the shape of the vestibular vestibule to maintain the depth of the vestibule.
