笔者自1995～1997年,用中药穴位贴敷治疗小儿呕吐128例,收到理想疗效,总结如下.1 一般资料128例中,男77例,女51例;年龄1岁38例,2～3岁30例,4岁以上60例;胃寒型42例,胃热型25例,伤食型31例,虚火型23例,夹惊型7例.不包括西医之胃肠道畸形和神经系统疾病所致者.2 治疗方法2.1 基本方 清半夏15g,厚朴8g,积壳15g,桔梗8g,陈皮10g,藿香10g,佩兰8g,砂仁10g,白芷10g,威灵仙10g,焦三仙30g.2.2 辨证加减 胃寒型加于姜15g,丁香10g,吴茱萸10g;胃热型加竹茹15g,黄连10g;伤食型加槟榔15g,莱菔子15g;虚火型加生地黄20g,沙参15g;夹惊型加黄连109,竹茹10g,朱砂2g.2.3 用法 上药共研细末,白醋调膏,每次取适量敷于双侧内关和神阙,每次敷4～10h,婴儿贴敷时间不超过4h,嘱家长敷后频繁按摩内关穴.3 治疗结果
