自1979年8月欧共体宣布对华出口产品进行反倾销调查以来,已有十几个国家和地区针对我国出口产品发起了146件反倾销诉讼。而且许多发展中国家也纷纷加入对华反倾销调查之列。

自1979年8月欧共体宣布对华出口产品进行反倾销调查以来,已有十几个国家和地区针对我国出口产品发起了146件反倾销诉讼。而且许多发展中国家也纷纷加入对华反倾销调查之列。对于国外的反倾销之诉,我们的出口企业不能听之任之,应该积极应诉,有理有据地驳斥国外对我出口产品的反倾销指控,把损失降到最低程度。
Since the European Community announced the anti-dumping investigation of its exports to China in August 1979, more than a dozen countries and regions have initiated 146 anti-dumping proceedings against China’s exports. And many developing countries have also joined the list of anti-dumping investigations against China. For foreign anti-dumping lawsuits, our exporting enterprises can not let them go. We should take the initiative to respond to them and refute allegations of foreign anti-dumping accusations against our export products in a reasonable and reasonable manner to minimize losses.
