目的描述云南维西县2004-04发生的1起猩红热暴发疫情的调查情况,为今后及时有效地处理类似事件提供借鉴。方法对云南维西县维2004-04/05发生的1起猩红热暴发疫情处置工作情况和相关资料进行分析。结果该暴发疫情发生于2004-04-22/05-29,共持续了38 d。波及学生238人,学生累计发病97例、无死亡,罹患率为40.76%。通过多部门协作,处置措施得当,疫情得到有效控制,流行局限于维登乡中心完小,未波及该乡其他学校和村寨。结论当地政府的高度重视是本起暴发疫情得到有效处置的根本保障,采取措施得当是本起暴发疫情控制在较小范围的关键。
Objective To describe the investigation of one outbreak of scarlet fever that occurred in Weixi County, Yunnan Province from 2004-04, so as to provide reference for the timely and effective treatment of similar incidents in the future. Methods A case of scarlet fever outbreak in WeiXi County, Yunnan Province, 2004-04 / 05 was analyzed and related data were analyzed. Results The outbreak occurred in 2004-04-22 / 05-29 for a total of 38 days. Students affected 238 people, the cumulative incidence of 97 cases of students, no death, the attack rate of 40.76%. Through multisectoral cooperation and proper disposal measures, the outbreak has been effectively controlled. The prevalence is limited to completion of the center of Weidden Township and has not affected other schools and villages in the township. Conclusion The local government attaches great importance to this outbreak since the outbreak has been effectively disposed of the fundamental protection, proper measures to take is the outbreak of the outbreak control in the smaller scope of the key.
