宪政对建立民主政治制度,健全人权保障制度具有极为重要的意义。本文通过对美法宪政体制进行比较,从而发现值得我们借鉴的地方,加快我国的宪政建设。
Constitutional government plays an extremely important role in establishing a democratic political system and improving the human rights protection system. By comparing the constitutional constitutional system in the United States and France, this article finds out where we can draw lessons from and accelerates the constitutional construction in our country.
