河南省为推进福利彩票事业健康快速发展,制定了《河南省福利彩票“十二五”发展规划纲要(征求意见稿)》(以下简称《规划纲要》)。《规划纲要》确立了“十二五”时期全省福利彩票“发行销售快速增长,发展基础更加坚实,发展能力显著增强,社会形象持续提升”的总体发展目标。围绕这一目标,河南省将在十个方面积极开展工作。
In order to promote the healthy and rapid development of Welfare Lottery, Henan Province has formulated the Outline for Development Planning of Welfare Lotteries in Henan Province during the Twelfth Five-year Plan (Draft for Comment) (hereinafter referred to as the “Outline for Planning”). The “Outline of the Plan” established the overall development goal of the provincewide welfare lottery in the “12th Five-Year Plan”, “the rapid growth of issuance and sales, the solid foundation of development, the remarkable enhancement of development capabilities and the continued enhancement of social image”. Around this goal, Henan Province will actively carry out its work in ten aspects.
