扫描电镜(SEM)可以观察Shlemm氏管(窦)及小梁网的表面,从而现发前房角滤过区的不正常现象,对阐明房水流出率降低的组织学基础,探讨青光眼发病机理有重要意义。国内、外的研究者们已现发扫描电镜下的小梁网的某些变化,但对变化的起因以及“阻塞”小梁网的某些物质的来源还未能阐明。
Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) can observe the surface of the Shlemm’s canal (sinus) and the trabecular meshwork so that anomalies of the anterior chamber angle filtration area can be observed. Researchers at home and abroad have made some changes to the trabecular meshwork under scanning electron microscopy but have not elucidated the causes of the changes and the origins of some of the substances that “block” the trabecular meshwork.
