使用呼吸机进行机械通气治疗,挽救了很多脑卒中危重患者的生命,而呼吸机相关性肺炎(VAP)是机械通气最常见的并发症。脑卒中机械通气患者普遍存在不同程度的营养不良和免疫功能低下,重者可导致呼吸肌严重疲劳及通气功能障碍,延长脱机时间。合理的营养支持可以改善患者的营养状态,减少呼吸机的使用时间。本研究分别采用肠内营养泵持续均匀泵入营养液和注射器分次定量鼻饲,观察不同肠内营养输注方式对机械通气患者VAP发生率的影响。
Mechanical ventilations using ventilators save the lives of many critically ill stroke patients, and ventilator-associated pneumonia (VAP) is the most common complication of mechanical ventilation. Stroke prevalence of mechanical ventilation in patients with varying degrees of malnutrition and immune dysfunction, severe respiratory muscle can lead to severe fatigue and ventilation dysfunction, to extend the offline time. Reasonable nutrition support can improve the patient’s nutritional status, reduce the use of ventilator time. In this study, the enteral nutrition pump was used to pump nutrient solution continuously and the syringe was divided into quantitative nasal feeding respectively to observe the effect of different enteral feeding methods on the incidence of VAP in patients with mechanical ventilation.
