本文报导应用游离睾丸鞘膜移植片行尿道成形术的实验结果。用杂种犬6双,戊巴比妥钠静脉麻醉下取睾丸鞘膜片。插入犬膀胱8F小儿饲管作为尿道支架。作会阴正中切口,逐层切开暴露尿道球部,在其腹侧造成长3公分的缺损。把鞘膜片修成合适大小的菱形用5-0尼龙线间断缝合。球海绵肌及创口用4-0铬制肠线缝合。术后尿道支架管接闭合引系流统。特制笼内饲养2周后拔去支架管。拔管时及术后2、6和12个月作逆行尿道造影。术后全部犬排尿无困难。所有尿道造影图显示尿道口径无改变。术后2个月移植部位上皮化尚未连续,粘膜下层有轻度炎症反应。6和12个月后可见正常移行上皮化,移植区除较厚和上皮下有胶元纤维束
This article reports the results of urethroplasty using a free testicular sheath graft. 6 dogs with hybrid dogs, pentobarbital sodium anesthesia to take testicular sheath membrane. Insert dog bladder 8F pediatric feeding tube as urethral stent. For the perineal incision, cut urethra layer by layer to expose the Ministry, in its ventral long defect caused by 3 cm. The sheath membrane modified into a suitable size diamond 5-0 nylon interrupted suture. Ball sponge muscle and wound with 4-0 chrome catgut suture. Postoperative urethral stent-tube system closed closure system. After 2 weeks of special cage feeding, remove the stent tube. Retrograde urethrography at extubation and at 2, 6, and 12 months after surgery. Postoperative urination without difficulty in all dogs. All urethral angiography showed urethral caliber unchanged. 2 months after transplantation epithelialization has not yet been continuous, submucosal mild inflammatory response. 6 and 12 months after the normal transitional epithelium can be seen, in addition to transplantation area thicker and subcutaneous collagen fiber bundle
