我院收治7例输尿管异位开口患者,皆为女性,年龄3～17岁;自幼有尿失禁兼有正常排尿。异位开口于前庭者6例,尿道1例;异位口插管逆行造影者5例,见重复肾盂和扩张、扭曲的输尿管。静脉尿路造影6例,显示重复肾盂者5例,1例重复肾未显影,仅见患侧肾影较对侧肾影为小。手术治疗左侧5例,右侧2例。手术方式采用输尿管膀胱吻合3例,输尿管膀胱吻合+输尿输端侧吻合1例,重复
In our hospital, 7 patients with ureteral ectopic opening were treated, all female, aged 3 to 17 years old; both urinary incontinence and normal urination. Ectopic opening in the vestibule in 6 cases, urethra in 1 case; ectopic port intubation retrograde contrast in 5 cases, see the repeated renal pelvis and dilated, distorted ureter. 6 cases of intravenous urography, showing 5 cases of repeated renal pelvis, 1 case of repeated renal undeveloped, only to see the ipsilateral kidney shadow than the contralateral kidney shadow is small. Surgical treatment of left side in 5 cases, right side in 2 cases. Surgical approach using ureteral bladder anastomosis in 3 cases, ureteric anastomosis + ureteral end-side anastomosis in 1 case, repeat
