本文介绍了作者为一台精密四辊轧机设计研制的高精度液压微调控制系统,包括这套装置的液压系统、推上油缸及电气控制系统的特点与设计思想,着重介绍了为提高辊缝位置控制精度所采取的技术措施,并对该装置的油缸位置和辊缝位置二种控制方式的特性作了简要的分析。经过一年多生产运行,证明这套液压微调控制系统工作稳定可靠、功能强、控制精度高,可以满足轧制高精度带材(厚度偏差±2~±3μm)的要求。
This paper introduces the high-precision hydraulic fine-tuning control system designed and developed by the author for a precision four-high rolling mill, including the hydraulic system of this device, the features and design ideas of pushing the oil cylinder and electrical control system, Control accuracy of the technical measures taken by the device and the cylinder position and roll gap position two kinds of control characteristics of a brief analysis. After more than a year of production and operation, it proves that the hydraulic trimming control system is stable and reliable, strong in function and high in control precision, which can meet the requirements of rolling high precision strip (thickness deviation ± 2 ~ ± 3μm).
