广州市中小学为适应城市经济体制改革和教育改革的需要,制定了“‘七、五’期间广州市中小学勤工俭学发展规划纲要”。“纲要”继续贯彻“坚持改革,坚持开放,坚持内联,坚持艰苦创业”的方针,按照“搞活,管严”的原则.大力促进勤工俭学活动,发展校办厂、场经济,加速劳动技术教育基地建设,更好地为普及九年制义务教育和发展职业技术教育服务,促进教育事业的发展。“纲要”所展示的前景是令人鼓舞的,它使我市中、小学勤工俭学在“六五”基础上提高到一个新的水平,教育效益和经济效益将有大幅度的增长。
To meet the needs of the reform of the urban economic system and education reform, the primary and secondary schools in Guangzhou have formulated the Outline of the Work-study Program for the Development of Primary and Secondary Schools in Guangzhou for the Seventh and FIVE Five Years.
