目的 探讨大肠良恶性病变中nm2 3-H1的表达及与大肠癌浸润转移的关系。方法 应用ABC免疫组化法检测 80例大肠正常黏膜、腺瘤及癌中nm2 3-H1的表达情况。结果 大肠癌组织中nm2 3-H1阳性表达率为6 6 7% ;nm2 3-H1表达在正常黏膜、腺瘤及大肠癌各组间虽呈下降趋势 ,但无显著性差异 (P >0 0 5 ) ;其阳性表达与癌组织的分化程度、有无淋巴结转移及患者的生存时间等方面均有明显的相关关系 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 nm2 3-H1可能在大肠癌的演进过程中起重要作用 ,nm2 3-H1基因的低表达与大肠癌发生有关 ,并可能与癌的进展、转移及预后密切相关
Objective To investigate the expression of nm23-H1 in colorectal benign and malignant lesions and its relationship with the invasion and metastasis of colorectal cancer. Methods ABC immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of nm2 3-H1 in 80 cases of normal colorectal mucosa, adenoma and carcinoma. Results The positive rate of nm23-H1 expression in colorectal cancer tissue was 66.7 %. The expression of nm2 3-H1 in the normal mucosa, adenoma and colorectal cancer showed a downward trend, but there was no significant difference (P > 0 0 5) The positive expression of these positive correlations was significantly correlated with the degree of differentiation of cancer tissues, lymph node metastasis, and survival time of patients (P < 0.05). Conclusion nm2 3-H1 may play an important role in the progression of colorectal cancer. The low expression of nm2 3-H1 gene is associated with the occurrence of colorectal cancer and may be closely related to the progression, metastasis, and prognosis of cancer.
