从管理和状态监控两个方面对5年来的铁谱工作进行了介绍。将常见故障分为:容易预报故障,较容易预报故障和机油质量造成的异常磨损。提出如能在常见故障处所增加取样部位,铁谱监测技术将为铁路运输安全起到更大作用。
From five aspects of management and condition monitoring, we introduced the iron spectrum work in the past five years. The common faults are divided into: easy to predict faults, easier to predict faults and abnormal wear caused by the oil quality. It is suggested that if the location of sampling is increased at common faults, the ferrography monitoring technology will play a greater role in railway transport safety.
