本文在讨论微波腔体微扰法测湿仪工作原理的基础上,导出基本公式。根据异出公式,讨论设计此种仪器的基本原则,分析影响仪器精度的各种因素,讨论组成仪器各部件的技术要求。

Based on the discussion of the working principle of the microwave cavity perturbation method moisture analyzer, this paper derives the basic formula. According to the out of the formula, discuss the design of the basic principles of such instruments, analysis of the various factors that affect the accuracy of the instrument to discuss the technical requirements of the components of the instrument.
