印制电路板(PCB)是当今电子电路最基本的组成部分,各种电子元件在PCB上同时工作会产生较严重的电磁干扰,影响到电子设备的正常工作,严重时将损坏设备。因此,电磁兼容性问题是电子电路设计时需要考虑的重要方面。结合DSP在逆变器控制系统中的应用,从布局、接地以及滤波三个方面详细研究了PCB设计的电磁兼容性,最后通过对比试验验证了理论分析的正确性。
Printed circuit board (PCB) is the most basic component of electronic circuits today. When all kinds of electronic components work on PCB at the same time, it will cause more serious electromagnetic interference, which will affect the normal operation of electronic equipment. In severe cases, the equipment will be damaged. Therefore, the issue of electromagnetic compatibility is an important aspect of electronic circuit design needs to be considered. Combined with the application of DSP in inverter control system, the electromagnetic compatibility of PCB design is studied in detail from the aspects of layout, grounding and filtering. Finally, the correctness of the theoretical analysis is verified through comparative experiments.
