洮南市委探索推行“五扩五有”的非公企业党建工作模式,推动“双覆盖双增强”工程深入实施,实现了党的建设与企业发展同频共振、互促共进。非公企业党组织组建率由不足7%提升到规模以上企业组建率达到100%,规模以下或党员人数不足的非公企业全部实现了联建。
Taonan Municipal Party Committee explored the implementation mode of party building of non-public enterprises with “five expansion and five advantages” and promoted “double coverage and double enhancement” project in-depth implementation, realizing the same-frequency resonance and mutual promotion of party building and enterprise development . The establishment rate of non-public enterprise party organizations rose from less than 7% to more than 100% of enterprises above the designated size. All non-public enterprises below the scale or in number of party members were fully established.
